The Anti-Ragging Cell of RABD Mahavidyalaya has been established in accordance with UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of ragging in higher educational institutions.
The Cell aims to create a healthy academic atmosphere, ensuring that no student faces harassment, intimidation, or emotional distress due to ragging.
Every student is expected to uphold discipline, respect, and unity in the campus.

? How to Report Ragging
- Students can report incidents of ragging in person to any member of the Anti-Ragging Cell.
- Written complaints can be submitted to the Principal’s Office or emailed to rekha.yadav@rabdgroupofcollege.org.in.
- Complaints may also be made through the UGC Anti-Ragging Helpline: 1800-180-5522 (Toll-Free) or www.antiragging.in.
- All complaints will be treated confidentially, and strict action will be taken as per the UGC and college regulations.

? UGC Guidelines on Anti-Ragging
As per the UGC Regulations, ragging is a criminal offence under Section 509 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code.
Any student found guilty of ragging may face disciplinary action including suspension, expulsion, or legal prosecution.
The institution upholds a strict zero-tolerance policy against any act of ragging in or outside the campus.
